The43’s Return & Refund Policy

At The43’s, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
Returns are accepted for all products, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Return shipping costs are covered by The43’s and will be refunded to you.

3. Exchanges

We offer both returns and exchanges.
If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item first (following the standard return process), and we will send out the replacement once approved.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@the43s.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
